broken remotestaff interaction
I found a couple of issues . the tv remote in my room did not work, a little annoying. also, i thought there could have been more interaction with the staff. I only saw them when i first arrived (it felt a bit impersonal).

The staff are really good here. zoe and liam helped me with directions. location is fine. The tram stop is near the hotel. the room was clean and beds are comfortable. i found some decent priced takeaways around.
the tv didn't work, but i didn't need it much.

the room had a double bed and a private bathroom. i had a kettle but no cups were available. the room size was fine for me as a solo traveler and it was clean.

there's no breakfast at the hotel. i saw some takeaways near the building. lytham road offers many options for eating and several pubs are available within walking distance.

zoe and liam are friendly and cute. they helped me store my suitcase before check-in. they gave me some local travel advice, and i thought that was really nice.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was close to the places i wanted to visit. i thought the staff were nice.
the room had a bad smell and it felt dirty. there was wallpaper hanging off the wall and stains all over. i saw cobwebs everywhere.
